Prosecco Peach Popsicles
Enjoy a buzz and beat the heat with these Prosecco and peach popsicles! Refreshing, fruity, and light, these homemade popsicles are sure to keep you cool at your next summer BBQ.


  • 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 2 cups Prosecco


  1. In a small saucepan, combine the sugar and water and cook over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool completely.
  3. Cut the peaches into small pieces and puree them in a blender and blend again until everything is combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To remove the popsicles from the molds, place the molds in a warm water bath for a few seconds before gently tugging on each popsicle stick.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
