Pull-Apart Cheese Bread
This Pull Apart Cheese Bread recipe is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that will have everyone coming back for seconds. With gooey cheese, savory garlic butter, and fluffy bread, this snack is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 unsliced loaf of bread (preferably sourdough)

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Using a sharp serrated knife, cut the bread diagonally in both directions to form a checkerboard pattern, but do not cut through the bottom crust.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Use a pastry brush to brush the garlic butter mixture inside all the cuts in the bread.
  5. Stuff the shredded cheese between the cuts, distributing it as evenly as possible.
  6. Wrap the bread in foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Open up the foil and bake the bread for an additional 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the bread is crisp.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
  10. Let the bread cool for a few minutes and serve immediately.
