Vanilla Cinnamon Sunflower Seed Butter

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shelled sunflower seeds

  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 4 tablespoons coconut sugar (or caster sugar)

  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Combine sunflower seeds in a high speed blender or food processor. Process for 5-10 minutes, occasionally scraping down the sides.
  2. Then add cinnamon, vanilla extract, sugar, and salt.
  3. Run the blender or processor for 10-12 minutes, or until the butter achieves creamy/chunky perfection.
  4. Transfer the butter into an airtight container and keep it in the fridge.
  5. Your sweet sunflower seed butter will last for up to two weeks. Enjoy!
